by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
